What's the minimum engagement size?
Project minimum: $25k. Retainer minimum: $12k/mo, three-month commitment. Below that, we refer to one of three specialist solos we trust.
Do you work with media spend below $50k/mo?
Yes — under one condition. The brand has to be willing to grow into that spend within 90 days. Below $20k/mo with no growth plan, we usually can't justify our fee against your numbers.
How long until results?
First measurable lift: weeks 2–3. Compounding lift on cohort metrics like LTV and CAC: months 2–4. We don't promise "the moonshot in 30 days" — but we do show real movement inside the first month, or your retainer is free.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. Ours or yours. We sign before any strategy work, and we anonymise case studies on request. The case studies on this site that name brands all have written permission.
What industries don't you work in?
Gambling, gun lobbies, crypto, MLMs, weight-loss supplements. Anything where the marketing is the product, basically.
Why so few clients?
We take three new engagements per quarter, max. The arithmetic is simple: four senior marketers running ten accounts means nobody gets attention. We'd rather earn less and ship more.
